Use your own experience to support someone new.
Recycle a prosthesis
Give an unused limb or parts a second life.

Meet the community online or in person.
Raise money your way
Some ideas that work well. Tell us what you are planning and we will help with posters and a page to share.
- A sponsored walk or run where amputees and supporters move together
- Choose a number and do that many kilometres, laps or acts of kindness in a month
- Ask for donations instead of birthday or wedding gifts
- Ask your employer to match what you raise
- An awareness day at your school, club or workplace
- A bake sale, quiz night or sports tournament
April: Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awareness Month
April is a great time to share stories, run a small fundraiser or post about limb loss on social media. Tag us so we can share it.
Volunteer your skills
We especially need translators, designers, writers, social media helpers, fundraisers and people who can speak to local groups.
